Main Responsibilities
- To process orders on Tracesmart, Eroll and UK Certificates ensuring that quoted delivery times are met.
- To process orders on LRS and ensure that SLA’s are adhered to.
- To process orders on Peopletracer.
- To provide customer services over the telephone, live chat and email.
- To forward calls to other members of staff and in their absence take and pass on messages.
- To conduct birth, death and marriage searches via web based databases.
- To prepare the post, including processing of recorded mail, special delivery and international delivery.
- To take orders and credit card payments over the telephone.
- To perform general administration assistance to other teams as required by your immediate supervisor.
- To identify and intercept potential fraudulent transactions and subscriptions, as and when required by your immediate Supervisor.
- To process and approve of online transactions and subscriptions.
- To carry out any general day-to-day duties as and when required to ensure the smooth operation of the Company.
- To deal with data removal requests and enquiries.
- To comply with the Company’s information security policy and the Company’s ISMS at all times.

- Salary: £14,000 - £15,000 depending on experience
- 22 days paid annual leave plus an additional day for each year’s service capped to a maximum of 28 days plus 8 bank holidays

Hours of Work
Hours: 37.5 per week Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm
Lunch Breaks: 30 minutes flexible
