Property Lawyers /Legal Executives
As a Property Lawyer / Executive you will manage the legal aspects of the conveyancing process up to exchange/completion and will be responsible for the quality of legal advice given and the delivery of service excellence to its clients.
In the role you will retain full ownership of the file up to and including exchange of contracts, including responsibility for due diligence, all dealings with other lawyers and other legal aspects on residential property transactions.
You will assess the risk on every transaction, utilising your skills and experience, delivering pragmatic decision making and legal advice to the customer and business partners, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
