IntaPeople are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a good understanding of ERP systems, NAV, SAGE, Oracle will all be considered. Candidates will be supporting the on-going development of and maintenance of business information solutions, as well as managing the development and delivery of technology solutions that enables the company to change in order to meet the needs of customer and needs of the business.

Those applying will ideally be graduate or equivalent qualified, with a project management accreditation, desirably Prince-2 or MSP, those with ITIL Foundation will be strongly favoured. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate experience of developing complex business & IT solution from requirement gathering through to deployment, those who have experience of analysis and implementing ERP Solutions in a Retail / Wholesale or Manufacturing environment will be very transferable.

It is key the successful Business Analyst is an effective communicator, with the ability to talk to end users at a technical level, with internal and external customers at all levels from shop floor to board level. Although a team environment, this opportunity will require the successful Business Analyst to work alone on development projects.

The successful candidate will be involved in the expanding use of IT systems and applications within the business, including the identifying and delivering solutions and opportunities using chosen IT platforms, therefore candidates able to demonstrate proven experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and/or Workflow solutions will be extremely advantageous, but not essential.
