An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Satisfaction Advisor within a utilities company based on the outskirts of Cardiff. The role is expected to last for 8 weeks with an hourly pay rate of 8.50. Hours will be 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.


ROLE:

Be the voice of the company and gauge our customers level of satisfaction through effective outbound calling to existing customers
Achieve 85% of customers called on a daily basis.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure we optimize our opportunities to provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of all customer contact within IT Systems.
Be an effective team player.
Maximize customer satisfaction in order to support the company in achieving top quartile SIM score.

As Customer Satisfaction Advisor you will:

Adopt "caller should only have to call us once" ethos and proactively escalate any potential service failures to the appropriate team.

Represent and undertake delegated duties from the Team Manager.

Work with the operational teams to build on existing working relationships to maximize customer service.

Be flexible in your approach to work, and be able to work evenings / weekends if required.

Adopt right first time approach to your working practices.

Be enthusiastic and self ? motivated, you'll be able to work under your own initiative

and be able to demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to work.

Provide organisation and customers with one point of call to eliminate repeat contacts.


Principal Accountabilities

Use SAP to identify closed contacts on daily basis

Support continuous improvement throughout the team

Any other duties that may be required from time to time

Actively aware and promote environmental awareness within the business.

Be an active member in your team to ensure maximum performance in terms

of Serviceability improvement.

Be responsible for customer satisfaction through effective communication of your customer in a given area

Give excellent customer service through your call handling skills
