Role Summary

To support learners in developing their knowledge and skills and helping them to access appropriate training and employment opportunities, in accordance with contract requirements. Some Officers will deliver training and/or assess learner capability against national standards.

The post will involve supporting learners, aged 16-18, on the Traineeship programme.

On the Traineeship programme learners will improve their basic and key skills, receive vocational guidance, access work tasters and improve their personal and social skills
