Lettings Negotiator
£12,000 + bonuses
Newport
Our client, based in Newport, requires a motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as a Lettings Negotiator. Ideally you will already have experience in Estate Agency with an ability to promote and identify opportunities that will drive forward the business. As an excellent communicator you will be confident when dealing with tenants and landlords. Duties to include but are not exclusive to:
- Carry out property valuations and viewings
- Liaise with new & existing landlords & tenants
- Create property details for all properties
- Ensure that properties are always up to date with correct price and availability
- Take photos for new and existing properties when required to ensure they look their best when uploaded to the company website
- Deal with incoming e-mail and telephone enquiries
- Organise the erection and collection of TO LET boards
The successful candidate will be hard working with a solid background in Sales/Customer Service - ideally in Estate Agency. In return you will have a basic salary plus bonuses and your development will be supported by a forward thinking employer.
A clean driving licence is essential for this role.
