Automotive Car Sales Administrator Required in Cardiff!
Our client, a Multi-Franchise Main Dealer in the Cardiff area, is currently looking to hire a Car Sales Administrator for their busy Sales Department.
You will ideally live within the Cardiff area or be able to travel to the Cardiff area and have a working experience of Car Sales Administration. As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the vehicle sales administration for 2 franchises. Your main duties will include:
* Provide support to sales department and managers, coordinating all administration
* Raising new and used vehicle invoices, working closely with the accounts department
* Stock management
* Registration of vehicles
* Maintain franchise systems
* Producing accurate stock lists and reports
* Raising job cards for vehicle preparation
* General administration duties
The ideal applicant will have:
* Current experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator
* Computer literacy, including Kerridge experience
* Time management and prioritisation skills
* Strong communication skills
