Ludlow Street Healthcare provides specialist care, education and treatment services for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and other specialist care needs.
We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician. Based in our central Cardiff office you will provide both hardware and software support to internal and external users across various sites in South Wales. You will also be involved in maintaining and updating the websites under the supervision of the IT Manager. Part of your role will be to setup and maintain the network to full capacity, provide an exceptional level of customer service, recommend hardware and load the necessary software. You will need extensive experience of software and hardware maintenance, experience of multiple site networks, knowledge of HTML, you will also need to be able to travel between our different sites.
Critical To Have:-
- Server 2003 experience
- Microsoft Exchange 2003
- IP / DHCP / DNS
- Understanding of AD and Group Policy
- Understand Network Topologies
