The Role
Working in our Swansea contact centre, you’ll deal exclusively with commercial customers, providing them with great service over the phone. A key part of it will be to help customers identify the products or services that can help them get where they want to be.
We offer both inbound and outbound roles. You will need to enjoy working on the phone, have some experience of dealing with customers, and be keen to develop your sales and service skills.
