An opportunity has arisen at The St David’s Hotel & Spa, Cardiff for a Chef de Partie.
The Role
You will be an integral part of our Brigade, assisting the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of high quality food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times whilst also having the opportunity to supervise our Commis Chefs. You will gain great experience with opportunities to work alongside our Banqueting and Restaurant Brigades.
You will constantly strive for quality and consistence ensuring as a matter of course that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are maintained to the Food Safety standards required by the hotel.
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie to move up in their career or for a current Chef de Partie. You must already have gained skills within a demanding kitchen, Michelin/Rosette experience, but you should have the capacity and drive to learn more.
