Main Purpose of Job:
You will be responsible to the Spa and Leisure Manager/assistant Spa and Leisure Manager and the purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer service, to perform beauty and holistic treatments at the Spa Naturel beauty salon.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver a range of beauty and/or holistic treatments to a high standard
- To maintain clean, tidy, aesthetically pleasing and safe working environment
- To cover the reception desk whenever necessary.
- To uphold a clean as you go policy.
- To maintain a clean and safe treatment room.
- To conduct yourself at all times in a professional manner for the betterment of the business and the good of customer
- To present yourself in strict line with the hotel code of dress.
- To make sure all risk and COSHH assessments are read and followed
- To ensure Spa Standard Operating Procedures are understood and followed
- To comply with all company health and safety policies.
- To undertake any other duties requested by management
- To comply with all legal requirements of health and safety and welfare of all staff and customers
- To make yourself available for training and communication meetings for which advanced notice will be given
- Attend fire training and health and safety as required by law to be familiar with departmental responsibilities.
Experience Required:
- Beauty therapy level 3 and/or diploma in holistic therapy
- Previous experience within the industry would be beneficial but not essential
Shift Information
Casual contract. Must be able to work weekends
