Main Responsibilities
Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to undertake the development of the Branch network.
Trading throughout South West Wales, our client supplies the most comprehensive range of building materials to the DIY, construction and engineering industries. Within this role you will be tasked with leading the network of 11 branches forward and working towards monthly and annual sales and profitability targets which will also include internal and external layouts, stock allocation and profile, assisting in the company pricing strategy and implementing the overall company trading strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the senior management team of a leading independent builders merchant.
Skills and Experience
Our client would like to see the candidate coming from a Builders Merchants background and have excellent communication and people management skills.
