Main Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a Process Specialist.
Job Elements:

Provide technical input to and resource for Team problem solving.
Develop and implement new operating procedures to improve productivity, quality and cost performance.
Act as the process expert for the appropriate manufacturing area assessing the capability of the process units and recommending ways of maximising this.
Benchmark manufacturing performance against competitors and recommend and implement initiatives including capital development schemes, to increase process capability, yield, quality, speed of working and cost performance.
Advise on the application of appropriate standard operating, quality assurance, safety and environmental procedures to regulate the work of the manufacturing teams.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Process Specialists are likely to be educated to degree level combined with experience
Proved experience in Continuous Improvement techniques
Experience of process engineering
The successful candidate should possess good statistical analysis skills and have good computer skills.
