Main Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced permanent customer service professionals to work at our client's largest UK based Telephone Banking Centre based on the Swansea Enterprise Park.
We also have positions for Welsh speaking advisors, which is an ideal opportunity to use your Welsh language. This is a permanent role and is a fantastic opportunity to work for and develop your career within the world's local bank.
Duties will include:
Taking inbound calls from existing business customers.
Managing their banking requests professionally and to a high standard.
Up-selling banking opportunities to enhance their portfolio.
Skills and Experience
Previous banking experience is not essential but candidates must have a proven track record in a customer service environment, possess exceptional communication, problem solving and negotiation qualities.
